This page explains how refunds and cancellations work for subscriptions and purchases made through Teach Us to Worship.
Subscription renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically once a year. We email you a reminder 30 days before your renewal date so it never arrives as a surprise.
You can cancel at any time from your account, under Subscriptions. Cancel at least 15 days before your renewal date and you will not be charged at all.
If a renewal has already been charged and you would like it back, get in touch within 30 days and we will refund it, less the payment processing fee of 2.9% plus 30 cents. That fee is kept by the payment processor even when a payment is refunded, so it is not something we can return.
First-time purchases
Curriculum purchases include printed materials that ship to you, so we handle first-time purchases individually rather than under a blanket rule. If something is not right, write to us and we will work it out with you.
What happens to your access
Cancelling stops future renewals. Your access to the Hub continues through the period you have already paid for, unless that payment has been refunded to you.
